As a member of the Asset Acquisition team, the Director will be reporting to the Chief Commercial Officer. The Director, Asset Acquisition will be responsible for managing the origination, negotiation, due diligence and closing of PV solar investments.  The ideal candidate has in-depth, hands-on management experience and must be able to add value by selecting and managing attractive acquisitions within the PV solar energy markets.  Experience structuring complex, multi-faceted transactions that maximize economic value, executing deals, building relationships, and leading teams is required.
